Overview

The Network Partnership and Expansion Lead provides direct oversight and support of Care Connect+ network expansion and associated staff. As the Network Partnership and Expansion Lead you will be responsible for researching, designing, negotiating, implementing, and managing partnerships with local and national organizations. This role will be integral to supporting our mission by contributing to our resource optimization and increasing our community connections.

Responsibilities

Research, develop, and manage target lists of values-aligned organizations for potential partnerships. Create and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Collaborate with leadership to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Conduct continuous evaluation and reporting of all Care Connect+ partnerships. Identify trends in unmet social needs throughout the state of Florida by performing continuous gap analysis via research and reporting. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions and/or event partnership. Identify target opportunities to complement and expand the reach of Care Connect+. Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships for the purpose of designing and executing initiatives to develop, manage and drive increased revenue and sustainability. Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partners. Expand the Care Connect+ local community presence and referral network with local and state-wide care providers. Observe and coaches staff in performance of duties and interpersonal interactions. Evaluates educational needs of staff. Oversee the development, operation, and growth of Care Connect+ Volunteers Oversee and provides support to the day-to-day operations of the auxiliary team. All other duties as assigned by department.

Qualifications

Education / Training Associates Degree in Related Area Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree Experience Requirements 2-years Developing Community Partnerships 2-years Nonprofit Structure/Organization Additional Information: Level 2 DCF Background Screening required upon hire.
