Flagship Specialty Partners General Job Description
The DSN Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementation, configuration, training, and re-engineering of practice operations to support the successful adoption of new clinical applications and optimize operational workflows. As a subject matter expert (SME) for the administrative and revenue cycle day to day operations, this role works collaboratively across the enterprise to educate new and existing non-clinical staff regarding the company's practice management electronic medical record. Engagement with internal customers begins with building relationships and continues through implementation as well as on-going participation in platform development activities and optimization. Acts as a SME for administrative and revenue cycle day-to-day operations, as well as platforms charged with successfully implementing and supporting new clinical applications. Serves as a point of contact for non-clinical teams during the implementation process, on-site go-live support, and post-implementation phase, including optimization. Partners with the Clinical Excellence team to create, utilize, and implement a customized training curriculum to train and instruct the clinicians on the use of clinical applications effectively. Analyzes and documents the requirements of a physician's office and clinical workflow as they pertain to the implementation of clinical applications. Supports and promotes systems standardization, utilization, and best practices for the administrative technology platforms. Promotes system security, and patient confidentiality and helps ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (i.e., HIPAA). Assists in designing and delivering training and development programs based on both enterprise and individual needs. Monitors and reviews the progress of non-clinical teammates. Assesses training effectiveness, identifies improvement opportunities and implements changes to the practice management software training. Partners with offices to improve existing workflows to leverage clinical applications and document, review, and train future state workflows. Designs and configures clinical software in the most efficient manner to support the physicians' office operations requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required 1-2 years of experience in outpatient day-to-day operations. Operational experience with EMR/EHR system(s) Previous experience with workflow analysis/documentation, end-user training/support, and system testing Software implementation and/or training in the healthcare environment Ability to work with various levels and departments across the organization and external stakeholders Travel up to 50%
