We are seeking an Engineer-Project (II, III, or Sr) for our Florida Concentrates Operations. The role involves providing engineering services to manage capital projects efficiently from inception to completion, following Mosaic’s CPM system. Responsibilities include safety, planning, scheduling, design, procurement, construction coordination, cost control, and reporting.
What will you do?
Execute projects related to gypsum stacks at the New Wales Concentrate facility and other Mosaic facilities as needed.
Develop project scopes, cost estimates, specifications, and prepare capital requests and purchase requisitions.
Coordinate activities of contract engineering firms, onsite contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Review safety procedures and audit ongoing construction activities.
Report on project spending and forecasts.
Promote an injury-free workplace through safety leadership.
Travel to facilities to understand operations and build relationships for project support.
Collaborate with project controls to develop procedures and standards.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
At least 2 years of engineering experience.
4+ years of engineering experience.
8+ years of engineering experience.
Required for ALL Levels:
Experience in geotechnical work.
Leadership skills and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, engineering software, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Preferred:
P.E. and/or PMP certifications.
