Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Project Controls Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver intelligent solutions that ensure quality project delivery for the Airport Facility project team. Responsible for project reporting, controls activities that includes planning / scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/controls activities, change management. Knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements

Management of project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeout Directs cost estimating, analysis and control activities Directs schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities Supports project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses May assist in coordinating and monitoring activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities May assist in performing construction contract correspondence, document and plan control function, input data into required project information system, and prepare management information status report, as required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred 3+ years of experience providing project / program controls and construction management services on large Public Facility projects / programs Knowledge and experience with Scheduling (CPM), project controls management, claims, and document control Knowledge and experience with construction management procedures, means, and methods Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential Ability to work with others, a self-starter with results-driven focus Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment. Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous position Effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience Experience interfacing with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and Sub- Contractors Experience with Suretrack, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other construction document and project management systems is preferred Experience with Design/Build (DB), and other alternative project delivery methods, preferred CCM, PMP or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred May assume other duties as required/needed Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$155,000.00 .
