Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (DHA) is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to work on the Potomac Interceptor Sewer Pipeline Project.
SALARY RANGE
$65 to $90 per hour
Responsibilities
Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) Develop studies and support capital improvement project planning, including permitting processes Oversee and manage designs prepared by others, review design and construction submittals Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project schedules and budgets Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field 8 to 25 years of experience in engineering design and management Professional Engineering (PE) license in Washington, DC, or ability to obtain within one year Pipeline design experience including hydraulic profile and flow rate calculations Experience with trenchless technologies, project permitting, and bypass systems Familiarity with client’s design standards Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Working Conditions
Work is primarily in an office environment (~90%), with occasional field work (~10%) in various conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces and lift up to 25 lbs. The position is based in Washington, DC, five days a week. Benefits and Work Authorization
