Our client, TSR Consulting Services, Inc., is seeking the following. Apply via Dice today! Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is hiring a Benchtop Support Specialist on a contract basis. Job ID: 82681 Work Location: Bothell, WA - 100% on site Summary: The Benchtop Support Specialist will provide IT support within our Digital Plant organization, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining compliance for GxP benchtop systems and instrumentation, as well as site and global applications used in manufacturing, quality, and quality control. The role requires a passion for IT, validation, compliance, project management, and business analysis. The candidate should have 5 years of pharma/biotech experience with laboratory equipment, benchtop instrumentation, and Quality System disciplines, understanding GMP, electronic change management, and process automation. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience. Experience in regulated industries like Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices supporting benchtop instruments in GxP environments. Proven IT support experience in regulated environments supporting lab and quality applications. GMP environment experience. Supporting end-user Windows environments. At least 3 years supporting multiple projects and multitasking. Knowledge/Skills: Comfort with AI platforms and automation scaling. Cybersecurity knowledge. Experience with networks, databases, servers, PCs. Knowledge of incident, problem, asset management. Understanding of Data Integrity, GxP compliance, SDLC, GxP documentation. Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, FDA, EU regulations. Excellent communication skills. Project planning and leadership skills. Self-driven with prioritization skills. Understanding of TFF systems, Nucleic Counters, and other specified technologies preferred. Responsibilities: Support benchtop instrumentation and IT assets in GxP settings. Manage quality and lab applications, including SDLC activities. Asset management, documentation, and compliance activities. Lead projects and technical work with stakeholders. Provide local and global support for quality systems and applications. Advise on application configurations, data integrity, cybersecurity. Ensure regulatory and industry compliance. Implement technology improvements and provide on-call support. Working Conditions: Office and lab environments, PPE as needed. Ability to move equipment, lifting up to 25 lbs.
