Location: Montgomery County, PA or Silver Spring, MD
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Annual Bonus + Employee Stock

Technical Project Manager
to join their team based in either Montgomery County, PA or Silver Spring, MD. This individual contributor role will lead a variety of projects, strategic initiatives, and new product development efforts related to advanced aerospace equipment. The ideal candidate will have
experience managing software engineering projects tied to
physical products
and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Success in this role requires strong motivation, organization, initiative, and collaboration, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Lead technology product development programs within the aerospace sector •
Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for new product initiatives •
Support the formalization of the company’s project management and documentation standards •
Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure smooth program execution •
Manage cross-functional teams and optimize program performance •
Identify key requirements for internal teams and external vendors •
Oversee project budgets, ensuring accountability for successful delivery •
Proactively manage risks and opportunities across projects •
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership •
Conduct weekly project team meetings and manage project schedules •

Bachelor's degree is required •
4+ years of
project management or program management
is required •
Experience with
software engineering
projects for a
