As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement effective digital data strategies that align with their business objectives. Utilizing Acxiom's comprehensive data, you will identify key opportunities to engage targeted audiences and amplify the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. This role is integral to the client’s marketing team, contributing to their overarching vision and success. Key Responsibilities : Shape and Align Digital Strategy : Work with client stakeholders to synchronize digital initiatives with their business priorities. Co-create digital roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs to guide project execution and evaluate impact. Generate Audience and Market Insights : Collaborate with client teams to research and analyze target audiences, behaviors, and preferences. Identify relevant market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations. Co-Create Content and Messaging Strategies : Advise clients on audience segmentation strategies using Acxiom and related data. Develop content frameworks and guidelines that maintain brand consistency and resonate with target segments. Design and Guide Digital Campaign Execution : Partner with clients to plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including campaigns executed through Adobe Audience Manager. Establish campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and oversight structures jointly with client teams. Enable Data-Driven Optimization : Utilize analytics tools to monitor digital performance across channels. Synthesize insights and lead workshops to help clients iterate and enhance digital campaigns. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a trusted advisor to client marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment and fostering knowledge sharing. Effectively communicate digital strategies and their impacts to senior client stakeholders. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing strategy, or digital marketing. Expertise in designing and delivering digital strategies, combined with a strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset. Extensive understanding of marketing data and marketing data management practices. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and broader client teams. Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, DMPs, CDPs, content platforms). Proficient in creating high-quality client deliverables using tools such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio. Excellent facilitation and client relationship management skills. Collaborative team player with mentoring experience; adept at knowing when to lead and when to support. Highly organized and adaptable to changing client needs, willing to manage multiple deadlines and extend hours when necessary. Willingness to travel up to 25% (approximately 1 week per month). Preferred Qualifications : MBA with a focus on business analytics or marketing. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Adobe Audience Manager Platform Certification). Knowledge of Acxiom data products. This position will not have direct reports but will involve mentoring junior associates.
