creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager

to join our Corporate Marketing team and elevate the digital presence of our Mid-Atlantic facilities. Position Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and managing online engagement across multiple platforms. This role will collaborate closely with our marketing team, facility leaders, and community partners to ensure brand consistency, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple facilities.

Create, publish, and share fresh content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage WhatsApp communications for facilities to capture authentic, personalized content.

Edit and enhance photos using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva.

Design marketing materials and layouts in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Plan and maintain an editorial content calendar in coordination with the Marketing team.

Monitor Google Reviews and social media comments, responding or escalating per reputation management protocols.

Track reach, engagement, and campaign performance; produce monthly analytics reports.

Stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Attend facility events as needed to capture content for campaigns.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in social media management or content creation.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools.

Skilled in Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Canva.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Strong team player who can inspire and motivate others.

Healthcare marketing experience preferred, but not required.
