The

Senior Growth Consultant

at

Coldwell Banker

is responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies in partnership with franchisees within a defined territory (the “Book of Business”). The role focuses on three pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, aiming to meet performance metrics and deliver a top-tier customer experience. The position involves independent management of processes and projects under leadership guidance. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel within the territory. Ideal candidates are located in

New Jersey or New York , but applicants from other areas are considered. Responsibilities

Support high-expectation organizations, focusing on top-tier franchises to drive growth and engagement. Partner with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets, develop strategies, and present at brand events. Identify growth opportunities through organic gain, strategic consolidation, M&A, and roll-in events. Drive metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, per-agent production, and franchise sales growth. Develop strategies to expand franchise footprints and increase market share. Lead consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning. Conduct business planning and benchmarking to set strategic goals for franchisees. Build brand engagement with leadership and ensure their involvement in franchise matters. Identify and escalate franchise profile movements for review. Conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics. Manage compliance, contractual changes, approvals, and issues within the Book of Business. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting or coaching, preferably with large, complex brokerages or businesses. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability. Ability to understand franchisee goals and support their business growth. Preferred: Experience in real estate or franchising industries. Knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and practices. Strong influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Strategic, creative problem-solving, and outcome-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and change management skills. Superior communication and persuasive presentation skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on results measurement. Reside near a major airport with ability to travel up to 50%. Benefits
