Paralegal, need litigation and to be bilingual in Spanish, hybrid role

State-of-the-art law firm is seeking a bilingual Spanish litigation paralegal for their International Arbitration and White Collar Group in their Washington, DC office.
The position requires working in the office for 1 month during training, then transitioning to a hybrid work model. Hours are 9-5; after training, the schedule will be 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing documents and coordinating document productions in litigation or to U.S. regulators;
Translating various documents, letters, and other legal materials;
Obtaining documents and certificates from courts and agencies;
Preparing and filing court documents;
Conducting document searches and research;
Preparing witness and case materials;
Preparing for and attending depositions;
Coordinating trial logistics;
Participating in client meetings, regulator meetings, and trials;
Assisting attorneys during meetings and court proceedings, including note-taking and managing exhibits;
Acting as liaison among departments and outside vendors;
Assisting in marketing material preparation.
Specific Requirements:
Minimum of four years law firm experience;
Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills;
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, self-motivated;
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multi-task, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment;
Team-oriented mindset;
Willingness to work overtime;
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.5 GPA;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Fluent in Spanish.
