JOB DESCRIPTION FOX Sports seeks an Associate Producer to join our social media team. This role involves shaping the voice of our social accounts, executing daily content strategies, and producing social content such as graphics and videos. Responsibilities include graphic design, story development, talent preparation, and video shooting/directing. The Associate Producer will also analyze data to inform programming and content planning, playing a key role in our digital sports properties. RESPONSIBILITIES Support production of NFLonFOX social and digital content, including graphics, editing, story development, talent prep, and video shooting/directing. Create live and VOD content, highlighting key moments for digital platforms in real-time. Design and distribute social graphics, images, and videos around live events and sport-specific coverage. Use data analytics to report on content success and assist in weekly planning. Coordinate content across multiple screens—TV, web, app, livestream, social. Collaborate with sales, marketing, programming, digital, and other teams to ensure cohesive content delivery. REQUIREMENTS 4+ years in digital/social content creation or production. Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok. Strong communication skills with talent, athletes, and production teams. Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere. Ability to produce content under tight deadlines. Critical thinking regarding newsworthiness, sourcing, and risk management. Extensive knowledge of NFL and other sports broadcasted by FOX. Availability to work nights and weekends during sports seasons. DESIRABLE SKILLS Bachelor’s degree. Experience with After Effects and AI content creation tools. The pay rate ranges from $28.75 to $36.30 per hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company perks.
