Job Summary: Odevo is on a mission to become a leading force in residential property management services, focusing on digital transformation. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in the US, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of SEO. Lead and mentor operating companies, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Improve user experience, site navigation, and website performance. Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, keyword research, web design, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated. Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, track performance, and report on initiatives. Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging and customer experience. Manage marketing budget for resource allocation and ROI maximization. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Draft and propose communication campaigns across various media. Partner with PR team to enhance brand reputation and manage media relations. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, Business Administration, or related; MBA preferred. Proven success in SEO and web design with a strong portfolio. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ in leadership. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics tools experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Creative, innovative, results-oriented mindset.
