– Join a team that represents national insurers, reinsurers, and insured clients in high-stakes coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, D&O, E&O, and cyber policies. Big Cases, Boutique Agility

– Handle disputes from pre-litigation analysis through trial or arbitration, involving primary, excess, and specialty lines. ️
Draft & Interpret Policies
– Analyze policy language and endorsements, draft coverage opinions, and assess insurer obligations under New York and nationwide law. ️
Litigate Coverage Disputes
– Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage all phases of litigation in federal and state court, including discovery and depositions. Advise Insurance Clients
– Provide strategic legal counsel to insurers and corporate insureds on coverage obligations, risk exposures, and claim strategies. Contribute to Business Development
– Attend conferences, support client presentations, and help expand the firm’s growing coverage footprint. What’s In It for You: Competitive Pay
