ProperXPM is seeking a seasoned, high-impact

Brand Marketing & Communications Director

to elevate our corporate brand voice, lead strategic brand initiatives, and drive high-value marketing programs. This role will develop a credible, tech-forward, and people-first brand that supports thought leadership, portfolio growth, and our M&A engine. You will shape how ProperXPM appears in the market, defining a brand narrative that is credible, people-first, and innovative. Your efforts will amplify ProperXPM’s presence through impactful campaigns, strategic communications, and digital experience design, supporting our growth and talent acquisition strategies. This is a cross-functional leadership role for a high-performing marketing leader capable of crafting vision and executing strategies. You will collaborate with senior executives across strategy, business development, and HR to enhance our reputation and tell compelling stories about our company and future directions. Key Responsibilities

Brand Thought Leadership Define and lead ProperXPM’s corporate brand identity and narrative across all touchpoints. Develop and execute strategies for thought leadership via blogs, newsletters, and social media. Identify awards and speaking opportunities to elevate industry reputation. Manage media relationships to secure coverage and placements. Oversee executive visibility through thought leadership and speaking engagements. M&A Marketing Support Collaborate with the CSO and business development to craft marketing collateral supporting sales and deal flow. Translate industry insights into differentiated brand positioning. Develop targeted campaigns to expand pipeline visibility. People & Employer Brand Marketing Partner with HR to create programs that attract talent and enhance engagement. Lead storytelling about company culture through content and campaigns. Support internal communications and engagement initiatives. Marketing Infrastructure & Operations Develop scalable marketing toolkits, templates, and playbooks. Lead selection and implementation of marketing technologies. Manage offshore and contract marketing resources for brand consistency. Design brand-aligned gifting and event strategies. Website & Digital Standards Manage content, updates, and analytics for ProperXPM’s website. Develop digital standards and templates for portfolio companies. Partner with design and development teams to ensure seamless digital experience. Our Core Values

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (required). Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in management or leadership roles in corporate marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing. Proven success in developing brand narratives, managing corporate websites, and storytelling across mediums. Experience with digital standards/templates, marketing technologies, and supporting M&A or B2B growth initiatives is strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focusing on results and innovation. Benefits
