Local Sales Leadership Role This senior leadership position is part of the sales team responsible for regional sales strategy and execution. As a Director, you will lead a group of District Sales Managers and associates to service and develop local customers within the region. The role involves strategic planning, coaching, training, and performance management to improve associate performance. You will facilitate collaborative team selling culture to maximize sales and ensure effective utilization of CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of District Sales Managers and sales associates to deliver agreed-upon financial plans and improve customer relationships. Coaching, training, and performance management to enhance associate skills and achieve business objectives. Facilitate a team-selling culture to drive sales growth and customer engagement. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand service channels and leverage CRM tools effectively. Directly manage conversion opportunities and support national campaigns and promotions. Coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies to drive business results. Implement CMP processes for sales associate and manager development. In partnership with the VP of Sales, utilize Territory Planning data to optimize territory changes and allocations. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in professional environments with proven success. Ability to coach, counsel, train, and direct associates. Strong financial acumen and ability to plan and execute business strategies. Demonstrated consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills. Business operations knowledge to manage complex customers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and project management skills with ability to execute multiple initiatives. Analytical problem-solving skills with report analysis and data insights. Proficient in Microsoft Applications Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
