We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

We are currently searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our exciting team and assist us in achieving our sales and CSI targets as we move forward into 2025. We can offer an extremely competitive compensation plan and an exceptional benefits package.

The position requires an assertive and self-driven leader with a proven track record in sales, team development, business growth.

You must have a passion for:

Structuring deals & working with customers

Creating results and accomplishing goals

Working one on one with sales associates

Driving retention and gross profit

Responsibilities

Ensure that the dealership meets its new and used vehicle sales quotas and its objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, by personally getting involved.

You will be expected to accomplish sales objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the new and used vehicle sales departments.

Focus on employee retention and employee development practices.

CRM engagement and discipline

Achieve planned unit sales volume by offering balanced and representative vehicle inventories.

Achieve profit goals by meeting levels of gross profit per unit.

Ensure that the sales team communicates with clients utilizing various methods such as follow-up phone calls, letters, email marketing, etc.

Establish goals for Sales Consultants.

Ability to train and mentor others

Build and maintain full knowledge of and enthusiasm for the products and services of the dealership.

Maintain an accurate website vehicle inventory on a daily basis.

Promote aftermarket sales

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Management in a dealership.

Great communication skills

Experience with bank finance

Working knowledge of CRM and DMS systems

Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees

Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday

Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing

Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities

Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills

Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
