We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure to support seamless software delivery and system reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, observability, and incident management across both cloud and on-prem environments. Key Responsibilities Automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD. Maintain version control systems (Git) and collaborate across teams using standard platforms. Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues. Participate in incident response, post-incident analysis, and implement preventive measures. Integrate observability tools and monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Balance system reliability with continuous innovation and development. Support and maintain Kubernetes clusters (both on-prem and AWS EKS). Manage cloud services including AWS RDS, Elastic Cache, and Redis. Implement telemetry and monitoring using OpenTelemetry and Splunk. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles. Proficiency in Kubernetes (including on-prem and AWS EKS). Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management. Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Familiarity with Git and collaboration platforms. Expertise in IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform). Experience with observability tools including Splunk and OpenTelemetry. Knowledge of AWS services including RDS, Elastic Cache, and Redis. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system health. Background in system administration, infrastructure management, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-enabled automation workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
