We got you! Responsibilities
Quarterly Earnings: Leads planning of the quarterly earnings process which includes creating the meeting timeline & deliverables' calendar. Coordinate with cross functional partners to collect business and financial updates to support earnings materials. Assist with creation of press release and earnings call prepared remarks. Responsible for key deliverables to SLT including the quarterly Q&A document, earnings call presentation slides, tracking analyst reactions and reports, and ad hoc requests. Day of earnings support including website updates, advancing slides for the earnings call, and taking notes for all callbacks with sellside and buyside analysts. Analyst & Competitor Data: Tracks sell-side analyst reporting, competitor data, and market news for IR team. Distribution to SLT on an ad hoc basis. Annually perform sell-side ranking analysis. Consensus: Tracks and analyzes consensus updates on a weekly basis and owns relationship with third party consensus data partner. Performs a quarterly consensus deep-dive identifying variances from internal forecasts to consensus and their potential drivers. Investor Relations Website: Manages the Company's Investor website, including all content, updates, creative design and owns relationship with third party website vendor. Manages required content and regulatory compliance with Communications, Legal, and other departments. Provides annual website review against best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement. Annual Meeting of Stockholders: Assists in the annual meeting process with the Manager of Investor Relations. Owns the production timeline of the Annual Shareholders Meeting - including content, creative design, report review / approval, supplier relationships, printing, and annual distribution. Manages all updates on Proxy website and Investor Relations website. Develop key company messages for shareholders Responses to analyst/financial media inquiries Modifications to the IR Website What We Expect From You
Education: Bachelors Degree required. | Finance or Accounting degree preferred. General knowledge of stock market and financial communications Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or similar experience Experience with financial modeling, management reporting systems and computer applications. Ability to manage databases. Excel based financial models and PowerPoint experience required. Strong analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. 2 to 4 years experience in financial reporting or financial analysis position with large organization is preferred. Multi-unit restaurant and/or retail environment a plus.
