Director of Nursing
to join their team full-time in the Providence, RI area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nursing leader committed to making a difference in a diverse and inclusive healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage nursing staff in a federally qualified health center. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders. Promote and contribute to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging initiatives. Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related field. Current Rhode Island Registered Nurse licensure (or eligibility). At least 3 years of primary care experience as an RN in an ambulatory care setting. Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive nurse management experience in a federally qualified health center. Master’s in Public Health (MPH).
