Position Summary The Regional Sales Director (RSD) supports the strategy, development and execution of the regional business plan and human capital strategy for the commercial sales channel. They must be able to lead multiple sales managers/teams and improve their performance to consistently exceed sales targets. Must also have exceptional business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry and the market to identify opportunities and translate it into actionable plans. The RSD must also possess excellent composure, high level presentation skills, and fluency in building relationships. Position Responsibilities Functional

Responsible for supporting and implementing national strategic initiatives across regions for accelerating growth through employee engagement by managing and mentoring sales managers and supporting/conducting rep enablement and onboarding activities. Advocate operating efficiencies and dynamics for successful sales programs and processes. Conduct field visits and business reviews. Evaluate profitability and recommend alternative market approaches to improve profitability and distribution. Ensure consistency in field sales process/lead management, and SGL activities. Monitor performance (analytics, opportunities, production reporting, etc.) and apply analytical approaches to find solutions to problems and create greater efficiencies and growth within the channel(s). Leverage analysis through business scorecards to identify opportunities to improve operational performance and process capabilities. Assist in creating and launching new products, services, programs to satisfy market demands and take advantage of new market opportunities. Act as Subject Matter Expert and liaison to Marketing/Sales Support/Finance corporate departments towards ensuring proper build out and launch of initiatives. Collaborates with the region and the other business units/functions to deliver regular sales commitment and the best solutions to our customers to increase acquisition, decrease attrition, reduce Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC), Cost to Serve (CTS) and deliver flawless service. Travel for in-person meetings with employees and partners to lead, support and develop regional sales activities. Leadership

Leads a team of Sales Managers by providing clarity of vision and expectations; role modeling effective coaching and performance feedback, prioritizing resources; facilitating alignment of the team. Develops and executes a strong talent management plan including talent assessment, selection, empowerment, coaching, motivation and retention of top talent; builds and develops succession plans and pipeline of talent. Cultivates employee engagement and positive employee relations environment through robust and regular employee communications, performance feedback, reward and recognition culture, and focused employee development. Employs a diverse and creative communications framework to align employees and generate understanding and commitment to achieving the business plan. Management

Partners effectively across business channels (Residential, Small Business, National Accounts) and functions to ensure effective delivery of all services in customer lifecycle (e.g., installation, maintenance, repair). Effectively solves problems or issues related to broader customer service challenges. Ensures compliance and the highest ethical standards in all processes. Creates the vision and fosters a culture of accountability for implementing actions that support customer service excellence. Advocates and ensures corporate programs and initiatives are executed effectively and in alignment with Everon corporate strategy. Education 4-year college degree in business administration, marketing, sales or other related field of discipline or equivalent experience. Experience Minimum 8 years of sales and sales management experience. At least 3 years of experience in key leadership sales or marketing roles. Proven successful track record in similar sales and marketing programs. Assessing, coaching, and developing talent and managing multi-disciplinary organizations. Establishing business direction and executing strategy development and implementation. Leading a significant business unit of similar size; scoping, designing, and implementing business solutions to build/grow a market. Influencing business decisions in a highly matrixed organization.
