Maintenance

Position – Maintenance Job Location – Oshkosh, Wisconsin Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Direct-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift either 8am-4:30pm, or 9am-5:30pm. Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$22 Benefits – Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation AND sick time, and free access to fitness and aquatics center, and more! Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
You will be responsible for completing maintenance work requests. Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance of floors, pool, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities Perform routine and unscheduled
maintenance/repairs
for lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Responsible for completing maintenance work requests
Setting up rooms for meetings and events
Hanging pictures and other maintenance tasks
Provide building on-call services on a scheduled rotational basis, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications Valid State of Wisconsin driver license
Previous experience with providing maintenance to lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus (Not certified? No problem – They will cover the cost for the right candidate to obtain this within the first six months!)
