Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice and handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters.
Job Description:
* Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction defect, auto/trucking, and premises liability matters. * Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. * Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective case management. * Collaborate with partners and team members while independently managing deadlines and case strategy.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Florida Bar in good standing. * 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience. * Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills. * Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work both independently and collaboratively. * Courtroom experience preferred but not required.
