The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. Daily tasks include client consultations, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research. The attorney will also collaborate with colleagues and provide support for other legal matters as needed.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support * Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and court representation * Excellent negotiation and settlement skills * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage a caseload independently * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school * Active license to practice law in the state of Washington * Experience in Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, or Criminal Defense is a plus
