What will you be doing?

Are you ready to lead the future of intelligent automation within a global enterprise? We're looking for a visionary Solutions Architect with deep expertise in RPA and automation strategy to help shape how internal IT delivers smarter, faster, and more resilient solutions.

In this role, you'll partner across infrastructure, development, and the business to uncover automation opportunities, collaborating and innovating in a fast-paced environment.???

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, capture macro-level business requirements, and help guide solution design for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and automation solutions.

Architect scalable and sustainable automation frameworks using tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, and Power Automate.

Work closely with process architects, solutions architects, and data architects aligned to different value streams to build a long-term RPA and automation strategy.

Establish a short-term and long-term platform roadmap to meet business demands.

Collaborate with the product management and delivery teams to drive implementation, in accordance with priorities and the roadmap.

Evaluate current solutions and application architecture to identify and address gaps, specifically in areas of scalability, security, and standards/best practices.

Negotiate different solution options within the platform(s) to meet business demands without increasing technical debt.

Mentor and provide developmental support to delivery teams.

Balance long-term planning, technical debt management, operational load, and team velocity while delivering business outcomes.

Establish and maintain short-term and long-term platform spend

Provide strategic direction on leveraging the platform(s), including capabilities, features, and limitations.

Lead vendor negotiations and enterprise agreements to optimize overall platform spend and usage.

Monitor performance of automation tools and optimize processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

10+ years in implementing RPA solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Power Automate.

Proven track record of successful delivery of RPA and automation solutions in diverse industries and multiple lines of business (Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.).

Strong understanding of business process analysis and process reengineering techniques.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and knowledge of APIs and web services integrations (REST, SOAP).

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

5+ years of technology leadership experience (direct reporting or dotted line with proven success metrics as defined by SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Advanced technical knowledge of platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, and Power Automate.

Full application lifecycle development experience using multiple frameworks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and management.

Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems (or related field).

SAFe Architect

TOGAF 9

UiPath Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent)

Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or other advanced certifications in Power Automate or Power Apps

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $124,800.00 to $156,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
