Manage end-to-end execution of the S/4HANA program across multiple years, phases, and business areas.
Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, and reporting mechanisms.
Oversee program budget, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes.
Coordinate business process re-engineering, data migration, integration, and testing activities.
Ensure timely delivery of program milestones aligned with strategic business objectives.
Foster close collaboration between functional teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years in SAP transformation leadership.
Direct experience managing full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
PMP, PgMP, or SAP Activate certification preferred.
Proven track record in managing enterprise ERP programs (preferably SAP S/4HANA) from initiation through completion.
Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
Understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and data migration strategies.
Skilled in managing large-scale consulting partnerships and holding vendors accountable for deliverables.
Strong understanding of core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PM, etc.) and industry-specific processes.
Proficient in Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to align executive leadership, business units, and technical team - Leading multi-year ERP programs in regulated industries such as utilities or energy.
Experience with change management, user adoption strategies, and training for large user bases.
Familiarity with integration to cloud-based solutions and third-party systems. null
