**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience with Epic, as it is a requirement for this position. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment while adhering to our organization’s policies and protocols.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in the EMR system.
- Participate in on-call duties, which include one night per week and one weekend per month.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the scrub color requirement of navy blue.
**Qualifications:**
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Epic experience is required.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
**General Information:**
- The position is a full-time contract role with guaranteed hours.
- Candidates must be local; specific counties may be ineligible for consideration, so please check the list of ineligible counties.
- This role may require floating to other units depending on the needs of the facility.
