Position Details
- Location : Fully onsite in Goodyear, AZ
- Schedule : Monday through Friday
- Compensation : $20-$22 per hour DOE
- Enter customer orders accurately into the company's ERP system
- Review and verify order details for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications
- Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a professional office setting
