**Job Title: Radiologic Technologist**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team. This position requires expertise in patient imaging services within a clinical setting, performing various imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of radiologic principles, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to protocols and standards.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality images and reduce radiation exposure.
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient documentation.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: Rotating shifts, including weekends; 3/12's variable shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Location: Multiple facilities in McCandless and Cranberry areas.
**Qualifications:**
- Current ARRT certification required.
- Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
