Accounting & Finance Recruiter (direct hire, contract to hire, and contract type placements)
Responsibilities of this AR Specialist include:
- Full cycle accounts receivable.
- Retrieve checks for payment and conduct necessary research.
- Send customer invoices and mail credit applications.
- Generate credits and invoices.
- Reconcile payments to open receivables, adjust and bill as necessary.
- Manage aging receivables by calling past-due accounts and sending demand letters for outstanding balances.
- Create credit invoices.
- Send monthly customer statements.
- Update customer accounts as needed.
- File collection claims for accounts in default.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attentive to details, and excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
