Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel Sonographer (Allied) – Rockford, IL Assignment Details: Location: Rockford, IL Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Week 1: Thursday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (with call Friday & Saturday nights) Week 2: Monday – Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (with call Tuesday & Wednesday nights) Pay Package: Weekly Tax-Free Stipend (Travel/Housing): $1,162.00 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $1,152.00 Total Weekly Gross: $2,314.00 Job Responsibilities: Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging in abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, and general sonography. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnoses. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in compliance with safety protocols. Participate in rotating on-call coverage as scheduled. Document and report findings accurately in patient medical records. Requirements: Certifications in ABD, OB/GYN, and Physics (SPI) (required). Strong skills in vascular and general sonography (required). Previous outpatient/clinic or hospital imaging experience preferred. Flexibility to cover alternating schedules and on-call rotations.
