Job Description:

Primarily involved in routine Accounts Receivable (AR) duties such as Client invoicing and payment entry, credit card processing and filing for multiple entities.
Responsible for collection activities.
Communicate with external Clients and internal associates on all aspects of the AR process.
Responsible for the timely processing of Client invoices and payment application.
Submit and track electronic invoices as needed.
Expected to maintain compliance related to Sales Tax and VAT.
Issue Customer statements.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree or Accounting coursework preferred.
1 to 2 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail
Organization
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Microsoft Office experience; proficient in Excel.
Fluency in English is required.
