What Youll Do Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from sprint planning to release Work closely with engineering, product, and design to define scope, timelines, and priorities Implement and improve agile processes and tools to keep the team aligned and productive Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively solve execution issues Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features Run proof of concepts and pilots with new customers in partnership with product and engineering, ensuring feedback is captured and used to guide roadmap priorities What You Bring 4+ years of experience in project or program management within a software development environment Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern development workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus: experience working with AI/ML or early-stage tech products Seniority level
