Job Description:
Deliver direct and comprehensive critical care nursing to adult patients
Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, lab values, and patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to implement and adjust care plans
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
Qualifications:
3 years of ICU experience
Additional Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
