Key Services Offered: Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement Business Enablement Business Solutions Project Assurance As a Consultant/Project Manager, you will provide exceptional Project Management services and in-depth analysis, including risk management strategies and recommendations for PCG clients. You will lead project teams to produce valuable deliverables aligned with PCG (or client's) overarching strategies and methodologies. Main Responsibilities: Direct project management and technical guidance for large-scale IT projects. Develop essential deliverables, status reports, and other required documentation. Plan and supervise all project activities, managing any necessary organizational change management strategies. Align with project stakeholders to support their goals and expected outcomes. Manage and update Project Plans and other documents (e.g., Communication Plan, Risk Plan, Stakeholder Register, Resource Plan) as needed. Execute and maintain the Project Schedule to ensure the project scope and milestones are achieved. Oversee project budget management. Identify, monitor, and address project risks, coordinating effective mitigation strategies. Track and resolve project issues. Respond to and track project recommendations (e.g., Quality Assurance vendor recommendations). Maintain consistent communication (e.g., emails, meetings) about project status. Collaborate with the Communication Manager to enhance project communications. Evaluate project and operational processes and recommend improvements through lean or agile strategies. Facilitate Agile Project Management and Organizational Change Management workshops. Qualifications: 7+ years of extensive PM project experience using project management principles and methods, with at least 4 years in a lead role. Possession of a bachelor's degree. PMP Certification is required. Public sector experience (in Government Departments or Agencies). Strong understanding of complex federal regulations and service delivery systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, focusing on data analytics (i.e., ACCESS, SQL, SPSS). Ability to apply sound judgment and seek guidance when necessary. A meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage large data sets accurately. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving. Excellent business writing skills and effective presentation abilities for diverse audiences. Ability to recognize issues and develop corresponding solutions. This role is hybrid, with regular travel to the office or client locations required for meetings. PCG fosters a remote-friendly culture, recognizing the importance of remote work for our success. The compensation range for this role is $70,000-125,000, based on various factors including location, skills, and experience.
