About the Role Join us as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where you'll harness the power of data to influence strategic business decisions and drive the success of our marketing initiatives. In this exciting position, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to transform intricate datasets into actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for creating effective data models and dynamic dashboards that enhance data-driven decision-making throughout our organization. What You'll Do Create queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting. Utilize SQL for extracting, transforming, and preparing data for comprehensive analyses. Communicate findings effectively to senior leaders in digital, marketing, and merchandising. Establish best practices for Business Intelligence and Self-Service tools. Directly query data in the Google Cloud Platform across diverse environments for analytics preparation. Foster a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge and skills across the analytics community. Act as a steward of customer, marketing, and digital data, working with IT and stakeholders on related projects. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. What Skills You Have 5+ years of experience in digital, IT, marketing, e-commerce, or related analytics fields. Advanced proficiency in SQL. Expertise with data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio. Experience using Adobe Clickstream and Adobe Analytics. Ability to bridge the gap between data analysis and business needs, effectively engaging with stakeholders. Strong communication skills to present analysis and visualizations to non-technical audiences. Proven capability to independently determine efficient approaches to complete projects and manage processes. Knowledge of statistical analysis methods. Conceptual understanding of data mining and machine learning methodologies for analytical purposes. Preferred Qualifications A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Predictive Analytics, or similar. Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as R or Python. Ability to write functions and end-to-end programs. Familiar with data mining and machine learning methodologies. Experience using Google BigQuery. This position can be remote. However, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
