As an In Home Care Aide, you will deliver compassionate support to elderly clients in their own residences. Your role will include assisting with daily activities such as
meal preparation ,
light housekeeping ,
errand running , and
personal care . Don't worry if you don't have experience; we will provide comprehensive training! Service Areas Include: San Luis Obispo Paso Robles Grover Beach Morro Bay Los Osos Atascadero Cayucos Cambria Arroyo Grande Oceano Nipomo Templeton Advantages of Becoming a Home Instead Care Professional: Daily Pay Options Fully funded Home Care Aide Certification Paid Ongoing Training Travel Incentives Flexible Scheduling Paid Sick Leave 24/7 Support Team Up to $5,250 Tuition Per Year at Bellevue University No prior experience required; we provide all necessary training. Full-Time Employees Enjoy: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Vacation Leave after 1 Year Work Schedule: Day Shifts between 7 AM - 6 PM Overnight and evening shifts are also available Shifts typically last 4 to 8 hours Full-time and part-time positions are offered Are You a Good Fit? Reliable transportation required (Car, Driver's License, and Car Insurance). Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week (4 days x 4 hours or 2 days x 8 hours).
