Duties:

Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the development of case strategies.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:
Strong experience in litigation and legal research.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
