Responsibilities
As a RN on our Acute Rehab unit, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directing and guiding patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Providing a safe environment for patients and visitors. Communicating with physicians about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State. 2. BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current certification. 3. Previous acute care hospital experience preferred. Benefits
