Principal Product Designer

Job Description Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces using Figma, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual polish. Maintain and evolve design systems or DSLs (Design System Languages), ensuring consistency across products. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define user problems and design solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing using platforms like Usertesting.com or similar tools to validate design decisions.
