Can work up until 1/3 to get the unit through the Holiday's! Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1. • Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6/7:1 Nights 9-10:1• We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living • We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles) Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
Special Requirements: MS/Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions
