Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients on the Medical Observation Unit.
Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient care accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
Active RN license (multi-state or WA state).
BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg experience.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
