BLS, ACLS required.
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Covid card and DL required.
IN/Compact state license required.
CVOR OR RN with 2 years of burn/vascular experience. Support adult and pediatric burn and cross-train to cover vascular and thoracic procedures Monday - Friday, On call required for Burn, 2-3 nights a week 1700-2100 to finish up cases running late. 45 minute response time.
