Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, non-profit, trust, and estate filings. Lead income tax planning projects for both individuals and businesses to optimize tax strategies. Identify, research, and resolve tax-related matters to provide clients with accurate, timely advice. Apply knowledge of international tax regulations to address the needs of clients with foreign investments or interests. Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues efficiently. Mentor, train, and manage staff to promote skill development and enhance overall team efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their go-to tax advisor. Stay up to date with current tax legislation and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the best guidance. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively. 10+ years of tax experience. CPA license required. Experience with Ultra Tax, QuickBooks, and Checkpoint is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software. Forward thinker who can recommend innovative tax strategies that benefit clients.
