Job Summary Job Description: Set the course for excellence! As Vice President of Hospitality Strategy, you’ll drive innovation, elevate guest experiences, and shape strategic initiatives that align with Levy’s vision. You will oversee long-term planning, data-driven performance, and operational alignment across departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

8+ years of experience in hospitality leadership or strategic operations

Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership

Experience using analytics and insights to inform business decisions

Key Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of hospitality strategy and guest experience enhancements

Oversee multi-department collaboration to meet operational goals

Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments

Guide innovation and process improvements across all hospitality areas

Represent Levy in key client and stakeholder meetings
