We are hiring a pivotal Project Manager and Project Architect (1 each) for our Newport Beach studio. You'll join a talented Architecture firm focused on Education projects; DSA, K-12, Higher Education, and leading PA/PM efforts as you lead teams, projects, and design/project delivery within our OC studio. What You Need: 7+ Yrs. of experience working as an Architect or PM 3+ Yrs. of recent Education (DSA, K-12, Higher Ed) project experience required CA Licensed Architect / NCARB is mandatory for all Architects / for PMs, not required Revit Proficient & design software Exp. with design through construction, construction
admin/documentation,
project delivery/rollout, schematic design, budgets, submittals, RFPs/RFQs, etc. Excellent tenure What We Offer - Competitive Full Package: Salary Ranges: $100-150,000/year (DOE) Bonuses, bi-annual Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision 401K match Generous PTO/Vacation Additional perks, benefits, incentives Flexible Schedule/hours Hybrid Schedule: 3-4+ days in studio expected Interested, qualified, local?
