The Opportunity: The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its CONUS & OCONUS operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement, including tech modernization, tech refresh, activities related to customer LANs and UC services.

Our mission involves designing, transitioning, operating, and improving services, including modernization, refresh, and CERP activities for the client's LANs, CAN, and UC services. Join our team and make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Support platform upgrades and coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions.

Develop technical resolution reports for critical network outages.

Perform system patching, IOS and software upgrades.

Draft SOPs for network operations.

Troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues.

Monitor network performance, track usage, and develop capacity reports.

Recommend operational efficiencies for network management.

Utilize knowledge articles for workarounds and update documentation.

Support network implementation, installation, and refresh projects.

Work independently, especially in remote locations, employing creativity for technical solutions.

Resolve network tickets, including categorization, provisioning, error research, and root cause analysis.

Configure and maintain UC monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

High School/GED + 11 Yrs, or Associates + 9 Yrs, or Bachelors + 7 Yrs, or Masters + 5 Yrs

Current IAT II certification (DOD 8570 requirement)

Minimum TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph

Pay Range: The salary range is $86,600 - $181,800, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits to support our employees and their families.
