ideal candidate
is organized, self-motivated, and always ready to jump in when needed.
If this sounds like you, please keep reading! Responsibilities Supervise the cafe staff, ensuring smooth operations. Create staff schedules to meet business needs. Provide training to team members for consistent performance. Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Oversee food preparation to maintain high quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages. Order supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, kitchen, and storage areas. Develop strategies to drive sales and improve profitability. Implement those strategies effectively to meet financial goals. Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure proper cash management. Knowledge & Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required. Solid knowledge of kitchen management, food service operations, and inventory control. Previous barista and coffee preparation experience is a plus. Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems. Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
