100 % company-paid health insurance for employees; 50 % premium contribution for dependents.
One full month of PTO (160 hours) plus the ability to “bank” hours instead of using PTO for occasional schedule adjustments.
Flexible hybrid work—only one day a week in the office required in the Frisco office (although would prefer more onsite if possible).
SIMPLE IRA with up to 4% company match, vested on a rapid schedule.
Tuition reimbursement for CPA prep, master’s programs, and other relevant education, plus spot bonuses ($3K CPA / $1.5K EA) for newly earned credentials.

Responsibilities Direct the full life-cycle of audit, review, and compilation projects - scoping, staffing, fieldwork oversight, and final delivery - ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
Perform or supervise technical and quality-management reviews, signing reports once qualified under the firm’s QM program and mentoring managers progressing toward sign-off authority.
Coach seniors, staff, and interns through weekly one-on-ones, promoting skill development, billable-hour targets, and career progression.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AICPA standards, research complex accounting issues, draft conclusions, and recommend enhancements to the firm’s quality-management system.
Cultivate client relationships, provide frequent status updates, and identify cross-service consulting opportunities that add value beyond compliance.
Champion efficient engagement economics by designing right-sized audit procedures, challenging legacy approaches, and proposing clear, client-friendly billing arrangements.
Foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture, both in person and virtually via MS Teams, that emphasizes collaboration, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Strong written and verbal communication, root-cause analysis, and presentation skills, with the flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
