Job Title: Registered Nurse - MICU Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Columbus, OH (ONSITE)Contract Duration: 13 weeks Working Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs Job Title: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse - Nights Schedule: 3x12's Night shift, every other weekend Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience. EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!Certifications Required: • BCLS • ACLS • NIHSS • AHA Certifications only Skills Required: • Proficient in IV start • Experience with telemetry • Competency with ventilators Preferred Qualifications: • Previous travel nursing experience • Proficiency in EPIC documentation system Specialized Experience in: • Multisystem Organ Failure • Respiratory Failure • COVID • Sepsis • Post-Cardiac Arrest • Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)• Liver Failure • Renal Failure Special Procedures/Unit Details: • Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia • Externalized IV Pumps for COVID+ Patients Special Equipment Knowledge: • NxStage CRRT • Alaris IV Pump • GE Cardiac Monitor • GE Ventilator • Boom Lift in Each Patient Room EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
